Here is some rules that you need to know in garage.


1. You need to wear overalls, safety shoes and gloves.
2. You need to use safety goggles and hearing protection when you use grinder etc.
3. You cant drink or eat in garage.
4. Use common sense in garage.
5. Remember to wash your hands carefully before leaving garage.
6. If you need to weld something remember to go away from flammable substances and use welding mask and gloves.
7. If you lift up car with car lifter, watch out there is nobody under it.

Car brake system includes handbrake and pedal brake. Pedal brake must be dual and it needs to effect all abrasive surfaces. Power of the handbrake must be at least 20% of total weight force and at least be distributed to both wheels of one axle. Handbrake of the car is fully mechanical while bus and trucks handbrake releasing has been done by compressed air. Fluid or hydraulic brakes are closed. Hydraulic hoses must take 230 bar pressure without breaking. When person presses the brake pedal the force is transferred to the main cylinder piston. The movement of the piston changes into pressure that transfers to the piston of the cylinder through a pipe. In disc brakes piston pushes brake pads to the brake disc causing friction. In drum brakes piston pushes brake shoes causing them to open up and starting to cause friction against the brake drum. By changing the diameter of the main cylinder to smaller or getting a bigger work cylinder you can get better braking power.

Kesäloma

Kesäloma meni hyvin ja aika nopeasti, olin kuukauden töissä hyvärilässä leikkaamassa ruohoa.
Nyt kun koulut alkoi kävin kysymässä toppipaikkaa vianorilta ja sitten sain tietää etten sinne pääsekkään, joten nyt varmaan joudun johonkin helvetin paskaan paikkaan missä vaan vittuillaan.

Päivitystä

Pitkä aika kun viimeksi blogia päivitin niin en muista kaikkia töitä mutta tässä osa kumminkin:

Ronin kanssa kasattiin startti jonka joku oli purkanut.
Arin kanssa tehtiin turboon laippa adapteri että sen saa käymään.
Öljyt+suodattimen vaihdoin Volvoon.
Kesärenkaiden vaihto renaulttiin.
Pajeroon jakopäänhihnan+vesipumpun vaihto uuteen koneeseen mikä ei ollut vielä paikallaan autossa.

Tuuman

Moottorikelkan kone

Simo toi meille jonkun vanhan skidon koneen mikä oli leikannut. Se piti purkaa ja katsoa männät ja pytyt, että missä kunnossa ne ovat. Pytyt menettelivät juuri ja juuri, mutta toinen mäntä oli ihan paskana. Uuden männän saa vain Kanadasta, joten sen tulossa kestää pitkää niin teimme uudet tiivisteet pahvista jokapaikkaan konetta. Nyt odottelemme, että pääsemme kasaamaan sitä.
